We are conveniently located just 2 minutes off the 101 and the 60 freeways, so getting around to virtually any part of the area is a breeze. Dobson Ranch is a master planned community designed around a common theme–the lakes. Our home has a direct view of the community's Laguna Park, where they host many family friendly events throughout the year. You can easily watch from the house, or hop in the boat or kayak and head over to the park for an event, or to enjoy the work-out stations, playgrounds, etc...

Beautiful, clean home! We really enjoyed the pool! I think at one point the boys were playing catch, one in the pool, one on the deck, and the other out in the Tin Turtle on the river! Wonderful memories made here!

We had a fantastic stay over the Fourth of July! The pool was absolutely fabulous easily the coolest design we've seen at any place we've stayed. We loved spending time outside, especially with all the wildlife around the pool and the beautiful waterway behind the home. The kitchen was open, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking, we made meals every day. With Costco and Trader Joe’s nearby, it was easy to stock up on everything we needed. We also made great use of the grill and really enjoyed relaxing in the house overall. One of our favorite touches was the outdoor TV on the patio, which we used every night. This place truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the H2O Sanctuary for an extended 4 day long weekend to relax and reconnect with family and friends. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.

We had a really great time here, the place was gorgeous and palatial. The outside terrace was stunning with an infinity pool and hot tub, both of which we made great use of. It was beautiful sitting on the jetty in the morning watching the ducks go by. The place itself was lovely, nice big rooms and finished really well, Peter was available when we needed him but he had it so well set up, that need didn't arise. Fantastic place to stay and Arizona was stunning, can't wait to go back. 5 stars!

Words cannot describe the breathtaking view from the moment I walked into the kitchen and saw the beautiful infinity pool, palm trees and the lake beyond the pool. My family enjoyed making so many new memories together! We enjoyed, the pool, kayaking on the lake, board games on the patio, watching the basketball playoffs, and grilling numerous great meals! I love to cook, and there was a great cooktop and oven! We have stayed at many homes in Scottsdale over the years coming to visit grandma and this beautiful property is not to be missed! The setting is incredible, serene and we will definitely book this home again! We also enjoyed many hours in the rocking chairs on the covered porch watching the beautiful fountain and reading books. The hot tub is massive and the yard is very private. The beds were extremely comfortable and the open concept is wonderful with a larger group. Peter was a wonderful host and answered any questions immediately! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation! ❤️

Wow, what an amazing property! Close to the airport and downtown (15 mins) this is a great place to stay. Quiet neighbourhood and a such a peaceful living space off the back. Highly recommend the pontoon boat rental as an add-on. 5 out of 5 for sure!

We were looking for a nice sun filled getaway for Spring Break and this was definitely it. The house was perfect and the backyard was great with plenty of places to sit, gather and relax. The pool and spa were the highlight with a great view and plenty of area to soak up the sun. Our goal was to hike in the morning and spend time by the pool in the afternoons and the house was perfectly located for that. The owners were great and very responsive from the beginning and throughout the trip. The house was clean and was nicely laid out with all the furnishings we needed. We would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Stay at H2O Sanctuary Our family recently stayed at H2O Sanctuary, and it was everything we hoped for—and more.
