Pool and Spa Are Both Heated at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Pool heater max 85 degrees and may only be able to keep water about 10 degrees higher than outside temps in winter months. A Fishing Boat and 2-4 Kayaks will be available for use to enjoy and explore the lake at your leisure! A 24' Pontoon Boat is also available via separate rental. We are conveniently located just 2 minutes off the 101 and the 60 freeways, so getting around to virtually any part of the area is a breeze. Dobson Ranch is a master planned community designed around a common theme–the lakes. Our home has a direct view of the community's Laguna Park, where they host many family friendly events throughout the year. You can easily watch from the house, or hop in the boat or kayak and head over to the park for an event, or to enjoy the work-out stations, playgrounds, etc...

Our home is in a fantastic location! Its truly a HUB for everything you'd want to do in town. You could get around with Uber or Lyft as needed, or pick up a rental car.
